Ahmedabad Urban Development Corporation (AUDA) - Sewage Treatment Plant
Tatva is setting up a remarkable project of 240 MLD capacity sewage treatment plant (STP) for AUDA in Ahmedabad, Gujarat based on the conventional mode of treatment, i.e. activated sludge process followed by secondary clarifier. This STP has been segregated in 4 modules, each having a capacity of 60 MLD average, and 135 MLD peak flow. Each module has its own primary & secondary treatment section, along with sludge thickening & digestion facilities. Also, available are common facilities for disinfection of biologically treated water, biogas collection & flaring, supernatant/filtrate collection & recirculation system, collection of digested sludge & digested sludge dewatering system, along with common chemical preparation & dosing facilities. Treated sewage, as per the prescribed norms, shall be disposed off into the nearby Sabarmati river.
Ganga Pollution Control Unit, Uttrakhand Pey Jal Nigam - Sewage Treatment Plant.
Tatva has set up a 27 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on the ASP followed by Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) technology, in Haridwar, Uttaranchal for the treatment of sewage generated at Ganges river after the Kumbh Mela. The technology is based on cyclic activated sludge process, using fine bubble diffused aeration system to provide the required oxygen and to keep the C-Tech basins contents in a completely mixed state. It provides the highest treatment efficiency possible in a single step biological process. Treatment system is operated in a batch reactor mode, which eliminates all the inefficiencies of continuous processes. Two or more modules are provided to ensure continuous treatment. The complete process takes place in a single reactor, within which all biological treatment steps take place sequentially.
Municipal Corporation of Delhi - Waste Water Treatment Plant
Tatva has set up a wastewater treatment plant using the technology of DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) followed by UASB, AB process, chlorination & dual media filtration, with a capacity of 1.75 MLD, for the treatment of waste water generated from the slaughter house at the food processing complex of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi in Ghazipur. As wastewater contains high suspended solids, a fine screen has been provided to remove the floating impurities. This is followed by raw water collection & pumping, dissolved air floatation & finally wastewater equalization. The waste water is treated with an up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket technology, which has a compact plant design, less capital cost, less power consumption, low sludge production and produces methane energy as a byproduct. This treated wastewater will then be reused for the irrigation and development of the green belt around the facility.
Hindustan Construction Company (Lavasa Corporation) - Sewage Treatment Plant (Recycle plant)
Tatva has set up a 2.4 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant in Dasve village for Lavasa Corporation, Pune, to treat the domestic sewage produced from the housing resort using the Activated Sludge Process technology. Part of the treated sewage is being recycled for domestic secondary use like flushing and gardening. This is the first Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of its kind in India where sewage is given such a comprehensive secondary as well as tertiary treatment, and where multiple treatments are provided for disinfection before reuse. Sewage Treatment Plant at Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Based on the Cyclic Activated Sludge process, this plant has been set up for a municipal corporation and has a capacity of 100 MLD. This plant is based on the PLC automation system. |
